The photos on this website are taken by myself, Paul
Bentley. I have been a fan of motorsport in general for many years,
and even had a go at rally photography on the Lombard RAC in the late
eighties. The results were disappointing, and I didn't bother again
until the Astra Stages in April 2002, when I purchased my first digital
camera - a Canon Digital Ixus 300. All the photos from 2002 until the
Christmas stages 2003 were taken with this camera.
From December 2003 I have been using a Minolta Dimage
7i, and have achieved some satisfactory images which have led to me
being asked to be the official photographer for the 2004 MSA British
Off-Road Championship. I have also had several images published in Total Off
Road magazine and Landrover Enthusiast. The British Offroad
Championship stand at Autosport 2005 used one of my images as the backdrop
for the display.
For 2005, I will be covering the British Off Road Championship again, with
some Hill Rallies, and other off-road events squeezed in where possible.
